⧓ How do I order my suit or tuxedo?
Browse our specially curated selection of pre-styled suits and tuxedos, and once you've found your perfect look, please submit your measurements and order details via our rental inquiry form. Drop shipping is available across the U.S.
⧓ Do you have a showroom where I can see the suits and tuxedos in person?
Yes! Please feel free to visit us in person and walk through our process. We do accept walk-ins, however, we would greatly appreciate it if you are able to contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.
⧓ How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2-3 weeks before your event to ensure enough time for processing and shipping. This also gives you the opportunity to try on your suit or tuxedo and request any adjustments if necessary.
⧓ What measurements do I need to submit?
To match you with your size, we will need your chest, waist, hip, inseam, neck, and sleeve measurements as well as your preferred jacket length. Other details like height and weight may also be helpful in finding your best fit.
⧓ Can I measure myself?
We have a helpful measurement guide on our site for your reference, however, for the most accurate fit, we strongly suggest having your measurements taken by a professional. Most tailoring or alteration service providers will offer fittings and sizing consultations.

⧓ What if my order arrives, and it doesn't fit?
If your rental doesn’t fit as expected, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to work with you to arrange a timely replacement, so please allow ample time for such considerations when placing your order.
⧓ Do you offer group rentals for weddings or events?
We offer group rentals for weddings, corporate events, or any formal gathering. For wedding parties or group rentals, please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing packages.
⧓ How should I care for the tuxedo or suit during the rental period?
To keep the tuxedo or suit in pristine condition, avoid exposing it to extreme conditions such as heavy rain or excessive heat. When not in use, hang the garments in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
⧓ What happens if my rental is damaged during my event?
We understand accidents happen. Minor wear may be covered by your rental fee, but if the suit or tuxedo is significantly damaged, additional charges may apply.
⧓ Should I have my rental professionally cleaned before returning it?
Even if your rental becomes stained or dirtied while in your care, please do not attempt to clean your items or attempt to have them professionally serviced or altered in any way. As part of our process, we personally oversee the cleaning of returned items to ensure every piece is thoroughly sanitized and deodorized.
⧓ What happens if I forget to return my rental?
Late fees may apply based on how long the rental is overdue, but we’re here to work with you to make the return process as smooth as possible.
